2. FocusBoard Timer (Mobile Application) — V1.0

FocusBoard Timer is a Pomodoro timer paired with a lightweight kanban board for today’s tasks. You can start focus sessions, organize tasks across To do / Doing / Done, view focus stats and streaks, optionally enable focus reminders, and export a JSON backup via the system file picker. The privacy practices in this Section 2 apply specifically to FocusBoard Timer and take precedence over more general website statements where they conflict for that app.

2.1 Summary

• On-device only: Tasks, focus sessions, and settings are stored on your device. Version 1.0 does not require an account or cloud sync.
• No upload: App data is never uploaded to JK Brand Marketing LLC or third-party servers in V1.0.

Exported files are stored where you choose on your device and are not transmitted to us. If there is nothing to export yet, the app will prompt you to add a task or complete a session first.

2.5 Deletion and retention (app)

• You may delete individual tasks (including their logged focus sessions) from within the app.
• You may use Clear all data to remove every task, session log, and stat from the device. This cannot be undone.
• Uninstalling generally removes the app’s private local data from your device.
• JSON backup files you saved via SAF remain under your control after uninstall unless you delete them yourself.

2.6 What we do not collect via FocusBoard Timer

Because FocusBoard Timer V1.0 stores data on-device only, does not require an account or cloud sync, and does not include ads or analytics SDKs, the app does not transmit your tasks, session history, stats, or settings to JK Brand Marketing LLC. You control local data and any backup files you create.
